Deliveries

 

We deliver to Portugal and Spain within 3 to 5 business days from the date we prove the payment of the order (except in case of stock breach and in festive periods where the delivery time may be longer). If you have any questions, please contact us at shop@bsimple.pt.

 

Shipping costs:

€ 4 for Portugal;

€ 5 for Spain.

 

If the order is returned by the carrier due to the customer's failure (eg wrong address, order not collected in time at post office, etc.), re-delivery of the order will have an additional cost according to destination (€ 4 for Portugal, € 5 for Spain). The return will have to be paid and made within 7 days otherwise we assume that the customer has changed his opinion about his purchase and we will return the item and refund it for the value of the order less the costs of shipping.

 

 

Shipping & Returns

 

If you change your mind about the purchase, you have 14 days to change or return.

Let us know of your intention (exchange or return) to shop@bsimple.pt and send us the products, accompanied by the original invoice, by post to:

In any case, exchanges or returns, any transportation costs for our facilities will be supported by the customer (unless we confirm that the items have been sent by us defective, see section "Damaged or defective articles").

We request you not to send us anything without first having a written confirmation from us that the exchange or return was accepted.

We only accept exchanges of articles by other items that belong to the same collection.

 

 

Damaged or defective articles

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so that if you detect defects or damages, we will refund your money, including shipping costs.

 

To do this, send the defective products to:

Accompanied by the original invoice and the information if you want to exchange or receive a refund of the value paid.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, we will refund the value of the defective / damaged products, together with the value of the shipping costs and the return cost, by bank transfer within a period of 15 days after reception of the products in our facilities.

In case you want to exchange all or part of your order, you can do it for the same products or any other products (paying the difference with the products originally bought). We will not charge the postage of the second shipment and will refund the value of shipping costs for our facilities.
