deliveries

We make deliveries to Portugal and Spain in a period of 3 to 5 business days from the date on which we prove payment for the order (except in the event of stock outages and festive periods where the deadline may be longer). If in doubt, contact us at shop@bsimple.pt.

Value of shipping costs:

  • 5 € for Portugal;
  • €6 for Spain.

If the order is returned by the carrier due to the customer's fault (e.g.: wrong address, order not collected in time at the CTT, etc.) the reshipment of the order will have an additional cost depending on the destination (€5 for Portugal, €6 for Spain). The reshipment will have to be paid and carried out within 7 days otherwise, we assume that the customer has changed their mind about their purchase and we will proceed to return the item and refund the order value minus shipping costs.

 

Exchanges and Returns

If you change your mind about the purchase, 14 days to exchange or return.

Notify us of your intention (exchange or return) to shop@bsimple.pt and send us the products, accompanied by the respective invoice, by post to:

In any case, exchanges or returns, any transport costs to our facilities are borne by the customer (unless we confirm that the items were sent by us with a defect. See section “Damaged or defective parts”).

We ask that you do not send us anything without first having written confirmation from us that the exchange or return has been accepted.

We only accept exchanges of items for others belonging to the same collection.

 

Defective or damaged parts

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you detect defects or damage in the products purchased, we will refund your money, including shipping costs.

To do so, send defective/damaged products to:

Accompanied by the respective invoice and the information if you intend to exchange or receive a refund of the value of the same.

If you want to return all or part of your order, we will refund the value of the defective/damaged products, together with the cost of shipping and return costs, via bank transfer within 15 working days from the receipt of the products at our facilities.

In case you want to exchange all or part of your order, you can do so for the same products or any other products (paying the difference compared to the products originally purchased). b simple will not charge the postage for the second shipment and will reimburse the amount of postage related to sending the products to our facilities.
